Please ensure that you fill out all information requested so that we can personalize your certificate as much as possible.
Please remember to type the gift recipient's name in the "Message to Seller" box at the very end of the gift certificate purchase.

Several handling options are available, however, if you come to the spa to pick up the certificate, we will also include a personalized package for your gift recipient. This includes a personalized, scrolled gift certificate, a bath tub soak, a brochure and business card.
